How to Make Blender Hollandaise

Blender Hollandaise Sauce is an easy way to make this popular sauce. Great over eggs benedict, veggies, or fish all you need is a blender and just a few ingredients.

Ingredients:

Egg Yolks Butter, unsalted Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed) Salt Dijon mustard

Add egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and mustard to a blender and blend smooth.

Heat butter until warm and steamy. Slowly drizzle into the blender while the blender is running to create hollandaise sauce. Serve while warm.
