How to Make Grilled Black Bean Burgers

Learn how to make the best Grilled Black Bean Burgers. Made with just a few simple ingredients, these burgers are packed with protein and fiber, and can be customized to your liking with different toppings and variations.

Ingredients:

yellow onion old fashioned or quick oats garlic black beans egg salt

Add oats to a food processor, blend until course ground, remove. Mince the onion in the food processor and remove and drain out any excess liquid in a clean towel. 

Add black beans, drained onion, egg, garlic, and salt together in the food processor and blend until combined.

Transfer the black bean mixture to the processed oats. Fold together until a ball forms. Divide and shape into patties. 

Grill about 5 to 6 minutes a side over medium-high heat.
