How to Make Grilled Rack of Lamb

Ingredients:

Rack of Lamb Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fresh Rosemary Garlic Salt

Preheat the grill. Meanwhile brush the lamb with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Prepare rosemary garlic mixture.

The racks of lamb with be grilled over indirect heat first. Followed by a period over direct heat before the rosemary garlic mixture is added in the final stages of grilling.
