- Hummus – You can use store bought or homemade hummus. If you are looking for a great hummus recipe check out my own Easy Hummus Recipe. You can also try using flavored hummus for this dressing try using Pumpkin Hummus or Sweet Potato Houmous for a fun twist.
- Olive Oil – Use extra virgin olive oil for the best results.
- Lime – This must be fresh lime juice. If you don’t have slime you can substitute and use free lemon instead, just use half of a lemon not a full one.
- Kosher Salt – Use kosher salt or sea salt, using table salt will likely make this dressing taste way too salty.
- Greek Seasoning – I think you should probably make a batch of my Greek Seasoning Recipe to use but you can use whatever you have on hand.

Try other seasoning blend in place of the Greek Seasoning. I loved using my Homemade Ranch Seasoning. Italian Seasoning Blend would also taste fabulous.

After resting in the fridge sometimes this dressing will thicken slightly, fell free to water it down a little bit if that happens.
